Position 1 Garden maintenance,Team Leader Level 4/5
Experience essential. 3-4 years minimum experience. In
charge of vehicle and all associated equipment. Must be able to supervise
junior staff. Must be able to show initiative and complete required tasks
in timely manner and have excellent attention to detail . Must

installation and maintenance. You will also be required to assist in larger
landscaping jobs if required. Rate of pay between $19-$22/hour
Position 2 Garden maintenance, Gardening Assistant
Level 2/3

currently studying Horticulture at Tafe. Will be reporting to a Team Leader on
a daily basis. Must be able to follow instruction and have a keen eye for
detail.Must be punctual, reliable, presentable and able to show initiative.
Must be able to safely operate all garden maintenance tools and equipment. Must
have a reasonable understanding of OHS and safe work practices.
Must have reasonable plant knowledge. Must be able to
identify sick and diseased plants. You will also assist with irrigation
works and larger landscaping works when required. Rate of pay $17-$19/hour

Based out of Terrey Hills in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we service
the greater Sydney metro area so you will need transport to and from our base
and a current drivers license.
We are a small, professional, growing team and require people who work
well within our friendly team environment.
Initial 1-3 month trial followed by full time employment for the right person.
