Hop
is seeking a part-time employee to start immediately as Facility Associate in
our cleantech compost facility. Hours will be 7am –

10am, Monday through
Friday, with some flexibility.
As
Facility Associate, your role will involve the daily production of Hop’s craft
compost. Working with our Batchmaker, this includes tasks such as loading and
offloading batches of compost, screening and packaging the product, and
maintaining the facility. But being a startup, there’s much more to the role,
and team members are expected to advance Hop’s process with innovations in our
production.
Facility Associate, your role will involve the daily production of Hop’s craft

Facility Associate role will typically demand 3 hours per day. However, Hop
team members will be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and
overtime as needed.

A
strong Facility Associate will be able to provide high-end work consistently
with every batch, demonstrating stamina and an eye for detail. He or she should
be skilled operating machinery, exhibit passion for teamwork, be willing to
clean, and be comfortable in a young company with a fast-paced environment.
Being a physical craft, Facility Associates should be comfortable with heavy
lifting and being on their feet for several consecutive hours.

Pay
starts at $19/hour, with the opportunity to own shares in Hop through its
employee stock option program. All training is provided.
