is a rare and exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 2 – 5 years post admission
experience. (Candidates with less or more experience should consider

- wills
and the administration of estates; - broad
based advisory legal work; - various
litigation matters, principally in VCAT or the Magistrates Court; - assisting
with litigation in the superior Courts - a
range of small business matters which would include sale and purchase of
business, leasing and employment law.
