Healthcare Executive / Manager (Patient Education – Call Centre)
You will…
• Manage the patient education resource centre
• Provide education, counselling and support to patients and their family caregivers on patient care, drugs and medicines
• work closely with different clinical disciplines and healthcare professional groups to ensure latest information on drugs, medicines and other patient care information
• Coordinate health education resources, handle brochures and uploading of latest healthcare updates on various platforms
• Supervise a team of admin support staff and volunteers
Requirements
• Degree in Healthcare / Lifescience related discipline with a keen interest
• Experience in patient education is advantageous
• Supervisory experience or good CCA in school is also a plus point!
• Must be Singaporean and/or Singapore PR
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
