organisation, located in Creastmead, are looking to bring a Customer Service /
Administrator on board to ensure efficiency of the office.
If you are a well presented Administrator who is used to working in a busy
environment, this role will be a great opportunity to make your own &
manage processes into place. Your responsibilities will include; answering
phone calls with clients and custo
mers, meeting coordination & preparation,
minute taking, filling and basic accounts functions. Experience in construction
or manufacturing will be highly regarded. Additionally, this role will you
require you to use MYOB. An in depth understanding will be extremely
advantageous.
Due to the nature of the position, excellent communication skills &
customer service skills are essential. This will be a great career opportunity
for a professional Administrator ready to take the next step in their career.
As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced, motivated office
administrator with a bubbly, positive attitude towards work who can use their
initiative & is willing to learn.
Intermediate experience within Excel – Outlook – Word & MYOB is essential.
