A leading supplier
of of instrumentation equipment is looking for a service engineer to join their
growing team. The company operates internationally and offer over 50 years
experience within the industry.
The role requires an experienced service engineer with experience working with
XRD or XRF instruments.You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning
and calibration of various analytical instrumentation and software for
equipment including – electrical and mechanical devices, gas and air, water
cooling systems and PC based operating systems. Although you will be based in
Western Australia the role will require you to be extremely flexible working
long stints away from home in both Australia and international travel.
The successful candidate will be an experienced service engineer with
experience working on electrical/mechanical equipment ideally with a chemistry,
science or medical background. Candidates with a radiation safety licence would
be preferred and it is essential that you understand one of the following
techniques -X-ray fluorescence, X-Ray diffraction or neutron analysis.
