You will receive one of the best commission structures available, which goes up to 50% of the revenue you generate, allowing you to be truly rewarded for your hard work and this cannot be matched by their competitors.

Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to qualify for all expenses paid trips to luxury holiday destinations, lunch clubs at Michelin starred restaurants, tickets to sporting/cultural events, also receiving gym membership and a company mobile phone from day one.

This is a fast paced and challenging sales role, where you will be given the opportunity to negotiate amongst and build long term profitable relationships with CEO/MD level decision makers at globally recognised and respected companies, ascertaining their hiring requirements and providing tailored solutions to their needs. You will learn how to identify and attract suitable candidates through cold calling, networking, headhunting, advertising and recommendations/referrals.

You will work closely with your mentor to learn how to take ownership of your specialist area of the business, enabling you to take charge of your earning potential and career success.

To be successful in your application, you will be a competitive, proactive, results driven individual, with strong evidence of achievement throughout your life. Ideally having a 2:1 degree or above, you will be a persuasive, confident communicator and have the motivation to excel within a financially rewarding and challenging sales environment.
