are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction manager to plan
construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and
cost-effective manner. You will be managing all contractors which mainly
consist of Solar Installers, and Electricians. You will also be responsible for
the overall organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. We are
looking for a driven, motivated, ambitious Manager with a passion for
sustainability and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
three years experience in coordination and managing solar installations
for multiple crews - A
Bachelors degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
is considered and asset - Valid
driver’s license - A
vehicle or truck is an asset - All
required certifications i.e fall arrest, WHMIS - Strong
communication and team work skills - Excellent
time and project management skills - Knowledge
of constructions management processes means and methods - Expert
knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,
regulations, and quality standards. - Strong
planning skills - Competent
in conflict and crisis management
