centre focused Program / senior project manager to help deliver some medium to
large scale projects. This will be a minimum of a 6 month engagement and
looking ideally to start in 1-2 weeks.
This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of multiple projects in
a large scale contact centre environment so we need someone who has previous
experience working on contact centre projects either internally or through
consultancies
Responsibilities include:
• People and resource management, requirements capture, negotiations, planning,
follow up and reporting
• Key Contractor & Vendor Manag
ement.
• Managing internal implementation teams, as well as collaboration with the
partners and subcontractors
• Managing large, complex implementation engagements, involving multiple
vendors, partner teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring procedures and policies are adhered to through full project
lifecycle
• Risk management, quality control, implementation leadership.
You must have:
• 8 or more years of information technology experience with in depth
understanding of IT contact centre environments
• Advanced telecommunications systems and contact center solutions ideally
with- Cisco unified Contact centre
• Strong experience with large scale infrastructure deployments and upgrades
within IT&T environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to influence at all
levels
