About the client:
Our client is a hugely reputable and highly respected Agency within the
Brisbane market and are currently looking for a bright/energetic and
experienced candidate to join their dynamic team as Business Development Manager.
As the Business Development Manager you will be focused on bringing on
new managements and leasing the properties that have been brought into the
agency. You will also work closely with an experienced and successful sales
department to convert any of their potential leads into listings, in addition
to using your knowledge and skills to develop strategies to bring new property
management business into the Agency.
As the Business Development Manager some of your responsibilities will
include:
- Manage
leads generated from Sales Agents - Build
the rent roll on a monthly basis - General
administration and marketing duties - Liaising
with clients, by building new relationships whilst also nurturing existing
ones - Develop
and implement strategies designed to create continual rent roll growth for
the agency.
Skills
and experience required for the role:

- Real
Estate experience is essential - Experience
in Property Management/New Business or Residential Sales - A
current Certificate of Registration - Your
own car and drivers licence - People
skills and ability to build relationships - Immaculate
corporate presentation - A
desire to take control of your department and think outside the box
