Goodline requires Human Resource Administrators to join our Human Resource team based at our Kawana Waters Office. This busy role will provide services in human resource administration for our Weipa, Darwin and Port Hedland sites. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Human Resources role.
This is a full time position and applicants must be flexible to work additional hours and public holidays when required, to service Goodline’s operational requirements.

Essential:
Understanding of Human Resource processes and recruitment principles
High level of managing administrative processes
Professional manner in dealing with candidates, clients and internal staff
Dedicated and hard working
High level of attention to detail
Well regarded:
Experience in Mining or Civil Construction background
Experience with ERMS BHP Portal system or similar recruitment systems
Strong self management and organisational skills.
Ability to multi task and work within a team
