Retail Management trainee will undergo an intensive on the job training at the boutiques on product knowledge, customer relations management and store operations. They will then be assessed on their performance and be streamed to the department that they are best suited for which includes merchandising, logistics, marketing and boutique management.
Responsibilities:
•Assist the boutique supervisors/managers in store operations
•Lead the sales team to meet sales targets
•Suggest and implement new marketing strategies
•Provide superior customer service and attention, expert advice on merchandise range and details, merchandise matching and coordination and product pricing
•Manage retail operations.
•Assist in establishing standards of performances
Requirements
•Good conversational skills in either English / Chinese
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in local polytechnics / universities
•Strong passion for Fashion Industry
•Possess drive, initiative and embrace opportunities to learn and develop
•Good leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets in line with business objectives
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Willing to work rotating shifts and scheduled weekends
•Results orientated & independent
•Able to start work immediately
