We are seeking an experienced
Certificate III Business Trainer and Assessor.

To be
successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated
  passion and experience in training and assessment in the Business Services
  arena.
• (TAE40110)
  Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including LLN unit –
  MINIMUM requirement.
• Certificate
  IV to Diploma of Business (advantageous).
• Ability
  to facilitate training and assessment in an engaging and dynamic manner.
• Commitment
  to continuous improvement.
• Ability
  to contribute to the development of assessment tools in accordance with
  unit requirements; Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.
• Vocational
  experience and current industry skills and knowledge in Business.
• Attention
  to detail – RTO administration requirements such as practical assessment
  completion, appropriate evidence and signatures for every student
  attending each course.
• Exceptional
  communication and interpersonal skills, working with a diverse student
  group.
• Knowledge
  and understanding of ASQA, the sector and relevant industry standards.
• Ability
  to be flexible, reliable, punctual and demonstrate a willingness ‘can do’
  approach to training and assessment.

Head office is based on the Sunshine Coast, this role is well supported across
regional QLD locations.
