JOB DESCRIPTION
Main tasks and responsibilities
– Placing and tracking of orders for stock replenishment both local and
international
– Coordinate with suppliers on loading/shipping of the orders and tracking all
export order to the destination point.
– Responsible for audit freight cost and export documentation
– Liaise and maintain communication with branches on receipt of orders from
warehouse and local suppliers
– Ensure accuracy of all inventories from end to end.
– Create and maintain contact with supplies.
– Responsible for all import and export (Air/Sea/Rail/Road)
Qualifications
– At least Advance Diploma holder in logistics/business administration or
related field
-Must have knowledge of SAP
– Experience of at least 1 years on the same field
– Proven computer literacy
– Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
– Ability to meet deadlineS
– Ability to work
with team
