 Reporting
to the TLS Program Manager, the Project Operations Manager – TLS is responsible
for planning and coordinating the

delivery of TLS services required under the
ASLAV and M1A1/M88A2 TLS Contract with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency and
responsiveness to the customer.

 The
successful candidate will possess:
  • Relevant
    tertiary education in engineering, project management, business or
    equivalent experience.
  • Substantial
    experience as a Senior Project Manager in a Defence project an ISO
    environment.
  • Understanding
    of Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) contracting, reporting and decision
    making processes.
  • Demonstrated
    ability to work under own initiative in order to deliver outputs to time,
    quality and cost.
  • Ability
    to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in a
    way which generates business benefit whilst maintaining key relationships.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills including the ability to adapt
    communication style to suit a variety of different audiences.
