Objective:
GRI is currently looking for a Women’s Agriculture Specialists for long and
short-term positions with an upcoming USAID-funded Agriculture project in
Rwanda.

Rwanda.
Qualifications:
• Minimum ten (10) years experience with gender in agriculture, animal
husbandry, agribusiness, value chain development, microfinance, or livelihood
projects, 15 years preferred
• Relevant experience facilitating community consultations
• Experience designing and delivering capacity building trainings
• Experience organizing women’s agricultural cooperative a plus
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in Rwanda a plus
• Previous experience with USAID a plus
• Professional level fluency in English required
