Role Summary/Purpose: .Proactively create and sustain strategic relationships/alliances with key public accounts (Government Bodies including Ministries of Health, Public Private Partnerships, Public Hospitals and pursue strategic, Government Healthcare Initiatives in the region which have a strategic business importance to GEHC.
.Develop & maintain detailed understanding of the business of assigned strategic public accounts.
Essential Responsibilities 1.Primary Role will be to establish and manage all relations with government bodies.
2.Reporting into the Region General Manager, analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services.
3.Will leverage Product Sales Specialist teams and work with Executive Account Managers to provide the necessary technical, equipment, service or clinical content to the customer group.
4.Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts and keep GE Healthcare Country and Product management teams informed and appropriately involved
5.Develop & implement Go to Market (GTM) plans with Region cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
6.Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources
7.Promote service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs.
8.Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management,
9.Drive customer R-NPS on their strategic accounts.
10.Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, MBA an advantage.
2. 10+ years of experience in medical sales at senior level, preferably with previous involvement and experience in developing relationships within Public sector
3. Proven key account management and project planning skills.
4. Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.
5.Proven track record on relationship building skills.
