Process
Engineer

Job Description:-

Collaborate with all divisions to
define on-the-ground business processes and procedures related to courier
and logistic service.
Develop new and enhance existing
process procedure/flow/SOP to improve process capability, efficiency and
quality.
Develop continuous improvement
roadmap according to business requirement.
Engage and manage project
stakeholders so they are kept informed at all stages of the project.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are understood and
communicated and all things are in place for a successful implementation.
Manage project schedule and resolve
issues in timely manner.
Carry out any other duties and job
functions as and when required by the company or immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least
Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Operations
Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience
in engineering / IT / project management.
Analytical, creative and innovative
in process improvement.
Energetic person, willing to learn,
able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently with
least supervision.
Excellent command in Microsoft Office
applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Proficient in both written and spoken
in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
