The Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation is an independent, charitable organization, focused on supporting activities that preserve and enhance the agricultural, rural and environmental integrity of Ontario’s Greenbelt. The Foundation is looking for an innovative and well-qualified summer student.

Responsibilities:

Office Assistance
* Assist with all types of administrative duties including:
– Filing, typing, mail

Communications
* Assist with the development and regular updates of website content.
* Assist with organizing Foundation events.
* Assist with the distribution of Greenbelt information.
* Staffing information booths.

Project Assistance
* Assist with executing projects.

Qualifications:
* Some completed university
* Excellent communication skills
* Interest and experience in working for a non-profit group
* Proven team player
* Out-going personality and sense of humour
