Me to We seeks an energetic,
self-motivated, organized and detail oriented individual to assume the role of Marketing Specialist
with the Corporate and Family Engagement team at Me to We. The ideal candidate
will have an educational background in marketing, be eager with a love of
learning and passionate, and enthusiastic about marketing with impact. The
successful candidate will be passionate about sales and lead generation, and
will also be computer savvy, and service and sales focused.
A minimum two-year
commitment is required. There is a three (3) month probationary period, upon
reaching the three (3) month period, all staff members are offered a health
plan including dental and Employee Assistance Program. The position is based
out of Me to We’s office in Toronto (225 Carlton Street).

Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Works
closely with the Director of Corporate and Family Engagement and the CEO
of Me to We to develop and execute the annual marketing plan - Monitoring
& maintaining C&F’s new marketing tracking system - Processing
elements of C&F’s re-engagement strategy - Project-manage
C&F’s marketing initiatives for We Day - Drafting
creative briefs and following them through from inception to delivery - Formatting
printed itineraries and other client facing sales and marketing documents - Leading
& conducting marketing research initiatives such as focus groups &
feedback surveys - Report
and letter drafting - Marketing
response rate analysis and reporting - Developing
and maintaining a Corporate and Family marketing material library which
will include but not be limited to sales and marketing presentations,
itineraries, brochures and Eblasts - Liaising
between Corporate and Family Engagement and the Creative and
Communications team - Responsible
for meeting timelines, monitoring process and ensuring information flow
during the creation of all marketing and communication pieces - Supporting
the Director of Corporate and Family Engagement in maintaining and
updating the engagement toolkit.
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Journalism and/or a
post-secondary education in another field combined with project management
skills - 1-2
years relevant experience - Strong
project management skills and a powerful work ethic - Well
organized and able to follow through on multiple projects simultaneously - Strong
interpersonal skills - Superior
verbal and written communication skills - Able to
multitask and prioritize many projects and demands simultaneously - Able to
work to deadlines - Self-motivated,
creative and willing to take initiative - Strong
attention to detail and a good eye for design - Adept
in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign - Experience
in Salesforce is preferred
