Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Station: Kampala
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Sound knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
– Refined skills in Public Relations.
– Strong IT skills
– Ensure that Public health & Hygiene standards are adhered to.
– Checking of cost control reports.
– Ensure that the customer satisfaction is achieved
– Managing of banquet sales.
– Ability to manage section heads and crew must be apparent.
– Ensuring that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions.
– Carrying out of inspections as requested by management.
Education & Qualifications:
The candidate will possess a degree in Catering/Hospitality and Hotel Management or its equivalent. A diploma in Management will be a plus.
Experience:
At least 6 years in F&B Department in addition to at least 3 years in a Management position (Kitchen/Stores/Financial background preferred)
