Summary of Job Description
• To support and/or assist the Fixed Assets Accountant in the effective management of the fixed assets register of the operation and advise on control system deficiencies.
• To support in the preparation of all Asset creation schedules with supporting documents for the creation of new assets in the Fixed Assets Register in line with the current MIC Policies
• To help in perform all other fixed assets reconciliations and reports as per SOX requirement for review
• To be actively involved in ensuring that all assets are duly tagged and their locations reconciled to the location code of the Fixed Assets Register
Minimum Job Requirements
• Degree in Auditing/ Accounting Management
• 1 Year experience in Fixed Asset will be desirable
