Financial Analyst – FP&A
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead exceptional accounting items and to handle all aspect of headcount management (planning and actual).
2. Lead all aspects of commercial finance activity and manage various aspects of the margin analysis.
3. Ensure accurate tabulation of Metrics and provide sound recommendation (ie, Headcount , Cost Reduction, Cost Per Watt, inventory related metrics).
4. Participate in IT/Operational on the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
5. Work with various groups across the organization to develop long-range FSLR Malaysia cost competitiveness and drive cost reductions.
6. Specific cost focus analysis to drive performance improvement
7. Ability to deliver high quality bridging analysis with deep dive analysis
8. Responsible for compiling the Operational Deck for upper management review
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree/ Professional qualification in Accounting, CPA/CA is an advantage.
• willing to work in Kulim.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment
• Quantitatively strong and fairly independent financial analyst with a solid understanding of numbers and the ability to perform a varied and evolving range of quantitative, analytical and strategic tasks with ease.
• Demonstrate high involvement with business and operation partners by providing advice and recommendation to solve operational issue through detail cost modeling/analysis.
• Excellent analytical mindset and bridging skills
• Excellent inter personal and strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, results oriented
• Proficient on MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP and etc.
