Our services comprise of software and systems development, wholesale and consumer banking operations, contact centre, I.T. and Helpdesk services. Scope’s software division, International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM) houses the largest software development centre and largest software testing facility in Malaysia. ISCM innovates, manages and provides support for hundreds of applications used by the Standard Chartered Bank in more than 70 countries across the globe. Its IT Service Centre provides global IT help desk services and support to SCB employees worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the voice of ASKHR as the first point of contact for internal customers, delivering highest standards of service in any customer interaction, ensuring an accurate, efficient & personalized resolution of queries through effective usage of systems & resources.
• Receive & log all the queries received through phone & mail into the CRM system.
• Investigate & resolve queries within the agreed SLAs
• Adhere to defined processes
• Through Knowledge of HR polices & processes of all countries and other related systems.
• Resolve all queries by networking with other departments of HRSSC or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Preparation of daily reports and weekly dashboard
• Ensure Delivery in accordance with the set quality standards
• Take ownership for query resolution
• Be a back up for Customer Service Delivery Team at the time of need.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma / Degree preferably in Human Resource related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in voice support and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer and CRM package.
• Good typing skills.
• Proficiency in Thai language is required for this position.
