Purpose
Responsible for providing support and assistance to the project team.

Responsibilities
- Facilitation
of projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Keep
project members informed of various activities within and outside the
group through effective networking and building business relations - Compiling
project costing - Compilation
of project documentation - Executing
ad-hoc assignments where necessary - Must
be capable of standing in for a project manager should the need arise and
do all administrative arrangements that pertain specifically to project
related activities.

of project charters & other plans - Identify
dependencies between projects and activities - Stakeholder
Identification and Management Coordinates interactions between the project
and key stakeholders - Identifying
and analyzing constraints & assumptions - Compilation
of project documentation - Ensure
seamless project closure and effective handover to business though robust
business readiness preparation and stakeholder engagement

- Bachelor’s
Degree in a related field, business degree will be an added advantage. - Project
management qualification e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, PMI or similar
qualification - At
least 4 years experience in a Project Management environment
