The Opportunity:
Following recent growth we are recruiting a Senior
Account Manager to work in a high-performance environment, tasked with
maximising business opportunities across our existing Banking and Financial
Services clients and delivering new client business.  Our success is
driven by our people and this is a key hire for our growing business.
To be successful you will:
  • Identify new business growth opportunities
    across our range of service offerings with our existing customers and
    maximise these accounts to their full potential
  • Continue to grow and expand FinXL’s client
    base in the Banking and Financial services sector
  • Sell and deliver a suite of quality IT
    Professional Services and Solutions
  • Provide teams of highly experienced proven
    Consultants
  • Ensure work processes are managed to ensure
    our Consultants meet key business targets
  • Successfully deliver our services within scope
    & budget
  • Focus on client business strategy, timeframes
    & business objectives
  • Produce meaningful professional tender
    responses and client proposals
What you require:
  • Successful track record of sales in either IT
    Consulting services, IT Professional Services, Project services or senior
    level project based IT recruitment.
  • A strong proven track record in new business
    development is essential
  • Solid Contract negotiation skills and
    understanding of technology projects and managed services
  • Experience and competence managing complex
    sales cycles and pipeline 
  • A project/ IT industry background managing
    delivery to multiple stakeholders across IT and the Business will be
    highly regarded
  • High levels of self-motivation and drive and
    the ability to act collaboratively as part of a team and independently
    when required
  • Ability to present and conduct meaningful
    discussions at C level
  • Creativity, passion and tenacity along with
    first class interpersonal skills
