Financial Manager/Chartered Accountant Job Vacancy in Botswana

Minimum experience required: 4 years
Location : Gaborone, Botswana
Minimum educational requirements : Bachelors Degree

A leader in the African service industry is looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Manager to join their busy team

The role will entail:
Managing staff, Preparing monthly packs and management reports, Implementing financial controls, Controlling costs and budgets, Managing treasury, managing Forex, Auditing Annual Statutory, Managing Tax issues, Submitting monthly figures and Journalising monthly transactions to ledger.

The ideal candidate must have a MINIMUM of a Chartered Accountant academic qualification and also have the following experience/Knowledge: Financial Management Forex Transactions Experience in managing a client data base Knowledge of International Accounting standards Knowledge of Africa Environment IBS Knowledge The following skills and attributes are also desired: Proficient in MS Office Package Attention to detail Good Analytical skills Assertiveness Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to multi task Have Diplomacy and Tact Be service orientated Honesty Flexibility Patience
