Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Financial Controller/ Manager Planning and Analysis, you should possess strong business acumen and excellent analytical capability to translate the requirements of the business into all aspects of the planning and analysis work which you will undertake. The scope of work will include but not limited to business development support, financial modeling for business decision, business analytical support for alliance operation, company valuation, impairment testing, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, etc. The candidate will commence with business development support and financial modeling before progressing on to other job scope.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or Business
• Intimate knowledge of building financial models for decision making which include data mining as part of the process
• Possess working knowledge of basic valuation concepts such as WACC, terminal value etc
• Experience in supporting due diligence work related to company acquisition or brand acquisition will be highly preferred
• Experience in technical areas such as impairment, company valuation and developing of strategic plan will be a distinct advantage
• Working experience in major Asia economies such as India and China will be preferred
• Some years of commercial experience in a cross functional environment is desirable
• Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
