3,500 retail units over 45 commercial developments. We are seeking individuals
who understand the vibrant retail business, from strategic positioning and
trademix planning to negotiating leasing agreements and managing mall
operations. These individuals will also exercise their creative flair in
implementing promotion and entertainment programme when managing our diverse

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Scotts (Central/South)
Responsibilities:
  • Liaise closely with Project
    Managers for units ready to be audited
  • Carry out quality audit (100%
    check) of the developments and liaise with Quality Management team for
    release of completed units to customers
  • Report non-conformance on
    quality practices to team leader for follow-up actions
  • Prepare and submit consolidated
    relevant reports to team leader weekly
  • Participate in workshops and
    discussions on quality and customer issues for improving the quality and
    service of our developments
Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/
    Engineering/ Building or equivalent
  • Good communication skills and
    meticulous
  • At least 3 years of working
    experience in related field
  • Experience with Contractor would
    be an advantage
