Daily duties:
You will be working on video and computer games project within this excellent employer by:
Providing excellent customer service and technical support to skilled gamers via telephone and
email to German speaking customers
Supporting Member Services, In-Game Support, Technical Support
Escalating support for difficult or unusual situations.
Completing translations from English to German for standard texts and templates
Your profile:
Fluent German (verbal and written)
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding keyboard skills
Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
Passion for IT
