As an employee you can be proud knowing you’re improving the quality of life of millions of people every day.Finance’s primary responsibilities include financial reporting, corporate taxes, accounts payable, billing and collections, budget development and monitoring, underwriting, cash management, risk management, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions activity, payroll, disaster recovery planning, internal audit and investor relations.This position will work with the Application Development team to develop new aspects of Audit tool. Handles data requests and basic troubleshooting needs presented by users. Is able to interact with users proficiently and has outstanding communication skills. Maintains Development environment, makes sure backups are done properly and help develop certain aspects of tool. Provides face to face support to users.Currently enrolled in an accredited 4 year college or university pursuing a Bachelors Degree in MIS, CS or Dual Degree in IS/CS and Business Administration related coursework; Masters degree candidates also considered – same concentrations
Anticipated graduation date August 2011 or beyond
1-2 years experience in Application Development/Business Analysis
1-2 years experience in Database Design, Deployment and Administration
0-1 years experience in Systems Analysis/Process Analysis
CBAP, SCJP, or MCP certification a plus
Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or later), Visual Basic, Visual Basic .NET, VBA, Java, Web Development Technologies, Teradata, Business Warehouse Methodologies, Database Design and Administration, Sharepoint Administration, Sharepoint Development, Object Oriented Design, MVC Design
High attention to detail
Able to quickly pick up new ideas and new technologies
Established knowledge of application development methodologies and design (OOD, MVC etc.)
Established knowledge of database design (Normalization, Referential Integrity, ERD etc.)
Exposure to Systems Analysis/Requirements Gathering
