Explain the architecture of National Health information system

The
architecture of National health information system is the hierarchical
structure of the health information system in healthcare information
management. This architecture is as shown below:

LGAs and health care centres: Making use of information gotten from the training
institutions in caring for patients.
·        
Training institution: Training and retraining of health information
professionals
·        
The District Level of Health information
management:
At the
district level, information are carried from the national bodies to different
heads of departments of training centres from the national body.

National Body of Health information management: The National Body of Health information management
profile takes care of certification, accreditation and curriculum development
for the training of health information management professionals
