We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker
based at Redbank. You will be required to work a minimum of 35.5 hours per
fortnight. Sleepover shifts are a requirement of this role.

The right person for this position will:
- Possess values and principles in line with
Endeavour Foundation and that of providing support to people with a
disability; - Be people focused and enjoy working
autonomously and as part of an energetic team; - Develop solutions and implement support
strategies to make a positive change; - Be confident with their written and verbal communication
skills including Microsoft Office Suite; - Have a current Class C Driver’s License;
- Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate or
a willingness to acquire within the probation period - Hold a Cert III or IV in Community Services –
Disability Work or Aged Care or a willingness to commence study towards
this qualification.
