About the Opportunity
Butlers Events & Staging requires a dynamic person to take charge of the company’s operational activities, in the role of Chief Operating Officer, based in South West Sydney.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the company’s Operations Department. You will manage the day to day operations, as well as high volumes of future planning and scheduling. In addition, you will be required to lead, inspire and control your teams in a high pressure, tight-timeline environment.
Special events hire experience will be required, along with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team.
You will enjoy excellent task variety, as the role takes you both on-site and inside the company’s factory.
To ensure the best candidate is found, you will be offered an excellent salary package circa $140,000 – $150,000 p.a., negotiable based on your experience and desire to succeed!
You will also enjoy on-site car parking and a work location close to a Train Station. If you choose to drive to work, you will be driving away from the city rush, ensuring a stress-free journey every day!
