Our client
is a mid-tier specialist commercial law firm. With offices across Sydney and
Melbourne, they pride themselves on not growing for growths sake which enables
them to maintain their unique flat structure and direct partner access. They
chose to offer a select client focused range of services encompassing
commercial, dispute resolution, litigation, property, finance, insolvency,
taxation and technology areas. A wide range of corporate and individual clients

The role

The property department of this well regarded firm offers a full range of
services to meet the needs of clients, across all aspects of property
acquisition, financing, development, construction, sales and leasing. The lead
Partner of the group has numerous accolades to his name and is passionate about
driving a successful and client focused team.

You

To be successful in this role you will have between 1-4 years’
post-admission experience coupled with a strong knowledge of property &
development. You will have proven experience of working independently on
matters (under supervision). You will have a passion for property law and
strive to become an integral part of your team.
