Role Our
client, one of Brisbane’s leading commercial law firms, is seeking an
experienced P
roperty Secretary. As a Property Secretary you will working in the
Retirement Village, Property Development, Leasing and Commercial Property area.
Duties involve dictaphone typing, billings, diary and email management, on line
searches, database work, organising travel, file audit and archiving, client
liaison, file administration and general administration duties. You will be
supporting 3 Senior Producers.
The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience (up
to $60,000 + superannuation).
You
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ previous
Legal Secretarial experience, in a law firm environment. Some Property
Secretarial experience is also essential. In addition, you will be professional
in your manner as well as presentation, as well as having excellent communication
skills and being a true team member. A minimum of 70 wpm and intermediate to
advanced Word skills are also essential.

Established in 1965, our client is a leading commercial law firm with
offices in Brisbane and Sydney. Their Brisbane office is conveniently located
in the heart of the CBD, close to public transport and shops. They have a
professional, corporate working environment.
