Education: secondary studies or postsecondary enrollment.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):
driver’s license preferable
Experience: will train but previous gardening experience an asset.

Type of Farm Operations: organic vegetable production
Type of Equipment: rototillers, weeders, greenhouse work.
Specific Skills: Plant, cultivate and harvest crops
Own Tools/Equipment: Gloves, work boots.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment,
Tight deadlines, physically demanding, Attention to detail,
Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching,
