This varied role will suit a hardworking and adaptable individual who is happy to work independently and use their initiative on a daily basis. Working within this fast-paced, professional environment, you will be responsible for assisting colleagues with a range of office management and front of house tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties will include coordinating meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment, basic technical troubleshooting, liaising with suppliers, covering reception and you will be proactive in helping out wherever possible. To excel in this role you must be an adept problem-solver as you will be the team’s first point of contact for any technical issues that arise and will be relied on to provide a high level of support to the team. It is vital that you can think on your feet and respond calmly & effectively to last minute changes while delivering to a consistently high standard. The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with previous relevant office experience within a deadline-driven environment where you have demonstrated a keen and reliable attitude towards work. Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a charming telephone manner are essential. It is imperative that you have heaps of initiative and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
