We are currently seeking talented graduates to join our Billing team on a 2 year training programme, specialising in our industry leading Billing and Customer Management solution – HiAffinity. DST Global Solutions Billing is focused on delivering tangible value to our customers by addressing their most pressing business challenges. Our solutions support customer service, billing and collections for millions of customer accounts and transactions worldwide. Graduate Development Programme
Successful candidates will gain exposure to the full software and product development life cycle within our Billing business. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our highly specialist teams within Quality Assurance and Support whilst they build up your knowledge of our solutions. You will then move into our Development team where you will also participate in our Research and Development programme for HiAffinity. Once you have completely mastered our product, we will look to expose you to various strategic elements of our business such as Product Management and Client Relationship Management, ensuring that you obtain a holistic view of our business and are developed in every area where you can make an impact.
There will be opportunities to work directly with our clients, which include companies in the Financial Services Industry and the Utilities Industry as well as with other DST Global Solutions offices.
Your on the job experience will be coupled with a structured training and development programme encompassing Billing & Customer Management training and behavioural skills training against our competency framework. This will also be supported by mentoring from more experienced colleagues.
You will gain a detailed understanding of both business and technology related issues facing companies in the Financial Services and Utilities industries. Your initial 2 year programme could lead you to becoming a more specialised member of either of the above mentioned areas of the business.
About You
You will have at least a 2.1 degree in Computer Science, Maths, Economics, Finance or IT from a highly regarded university. Relevant work experience is not essential as full training will be provided however post study experience in a relevant discipline would be highly beneficial. We are also looking for candidates who will score highly against our behavioural competency framework.
Selection Process

If you pass this test, you will be invited for a competency based interview on the telephone. Candidates who are successful in the telephone interview will be invited to a face to face interview and presentation, with an opportunity to meet and ask questions of representatives from the Global Solutions Billing Team.
