Ecology Ottawa is seeking self-motivated environmentalists to join our Door-to-Door Canvass team. Our Canvass raises awareness of our issues on the doorstep, and raises funds to support our campaigns.
The hours are 4pm to 9pm weekdays (weekends available). $15 per hour + commission. F/T and P/T available. Training provided.
Ecology Ottawa is Ottawa’s local environmental organization. We are a volunteer-driven, non-profit group working to make Ottawa the green capital of Canada. We believe that Ottawans want sustainable communities and that they care about issues such as public transit, pollution, greenspace, global warming, renewable energy, waste disposal, and recycling.
We are helping residents come together to nurture sustainable communities and build a grassroots, city-wide movement to ensure that these concerns are heard at city hall.
