Donor Development Fundraiser Job Vacancy in West Yorkshire at The Prince of Wales Hospice

The Prince of Wales Hospice provides specialist palliative care. Specialist palliative care is the total active care given to those in the advanced stages of a progressive and life-limiting illness. The care attends to the complex physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs of both the patient and those who are close to them.
You will be responsible for promoting, developing and managing individual giving income streams including, but not limited to: cash giving; regular giving; in memoriam and legacy giving. You will maximise income and create significant and sustainable revenue growth. Unless able to argue a convincing case to the contrary, you are an experienced fundraiser or sales and marketing professional. You have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding financial targets.

Degree-educated and possibly holding a professional marketing qualification, you will take a strategic approach to developing committed giving. You are driven, analytical and reflective. You plan for outcomes and are able to lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns, evaluating their success thereafter. Passionate about the specialist palliative care services delivered by The Prince of Wales Hospice, you will be able to communicate a compelling case for support in donor communications.

As a team-player, you are skilled at building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Open to new ideas, you take a proactive and innovative approach to your work.
