The Direct Sales Agent must be a self-starter with sales as part of his/her DNA.
We are looking DSAs for the following towns
Western Region: Kisumu office, Migori, Kericho, Bomet, Kisii, Bondo, Siaya, Bungoma, Kakamega, Mumias, Busia
Rift valley Region; Eldoret office, Kitale, Kapsabet, Nakuru
Reporting to an energetic Team Leader, the sales Agent will be responsible for aggressively selling our services to potential customer on a 100% commission basis.
The Key responsibilities include:-
• Assisting the sales department to achieve set targets
• Implementing set marketing penetration strategies
• Participating in all product promotions
• Seeking our potential customers
• Collecting viable market intelligence.
Competencies
• Degree or equivalent diploma in sales & marketing
• At least one year’s experience in the service industry
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision
• Results oriented and ability to meet strict targets
• A flexible work approach
• Conversant with Microsoft office
