To plan and supervise the production and service of food
Requirements

Performance Areas:

preparation and control - Food
and beverage quality control
Education: National Craft Certificate in
Hospitality or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience
in catering in either a hotel or canteen environment. A detailed hand on
knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures is essential
