Implementation Consultant to project manage the implementation of this
platform in to the numerous Hospitals that we are working with.

Responsibilities
will include:
will include:
- Project
Manage several implementation projects at any given time. - Create
configuration documents for setup of systems and train clients
appropriately. - Report
and follow up on enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the client. - Working
to establish cost and time estimates for implementation. - Track
tasks accomplished, time spent and milestones completed using internal
project management tools. - Communicate
with clients throughout the implementation project life cycle to
effectively manage expectations. - Manage
the identification of risks and issues and the development of mitigation
or avoidance plans. - Organise
training programs for each client in all aspects of the systems to be
fully prepared on the go-live date. - Assist
clients with post-live support questions when needed.
To
apply for this role you will have more than two years systems implementation
and project management experience – ideally from within a recruitment systems
or HRIS environment.
