Your
main responsibilities will include:

- Promote,
act, behave and make decisions that are consistent with the vision, values
and team norms of MSM Milling at all times - Active
learning to understand the implications of new information for both
current and future problem solving and decision making. - Assist
with operational requirements as needed - Ingredient
receiving - Grain
processing - Finished
feed routing - Sampling
& quality assurance - Other
duties as production requires or directed. - Notify
Team Leader of any manufacturing problems, quality and quantity concerns - Complete
all reporting and monitoring as required.
To
be considered for this role you will:

- Hold
a current forklift license / or ability to obtain one - Ability
to carry out manual handling tasks and undertake tasks at significant
heights - Hold
a driver’s license with access to reliable transportation. - The
ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines - Be
flexible to meet the demands of a growing international business. - An
ability to follow standard operating procedures - Willingness
to learn about the commercial drivers of livestock feed.
