Background
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federally-owned enterprise which
assists the German government in achieving its objectives in the field of
international cooperation. GIZ has been in Rwanda for over 30 years. The
primary objectives between the Government of Rwanda and the Federal Republic of
Germany are poverty reduction and promotion of sustainable development.

Objective
The objective of DGG II is to
support the Rwandan partners in implementing the third phase of
decentralization reforms. The performance of districts and decentralized public
institutions in the area of public finance management is strengthened hence
contributing to improving the provision of public services.

The Ministry of Finance and
Economic Planning is our major partner and the Ministry is the custodian of
public finance management. The main objective of Public Financial Management
(PFM) Sector Strategic Plan is to ensure “efficient, effective and accountable
use of public resources as a basis for economic development and poverty
eradication through improved service delivery”. It is in this regard that the
program is supporting this activity.

office -Rwanda is looking for a suitable venue able to host a training of
personnel working for non-budget agencies i.e 1 staff from District office in
charge of NBAs, Sector offices, District hospitals, and Health
Centers.

Provinces are: Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western ( 4 in total) - More
less 2021 trainees are invited to this training in all provinces.
Minimum requirements to the
service provider:

of a conference room that can accommodate up to 100 participants - Specify
if the meeting room has a daylight. - Minimum
of 60 accommodation rooms per week - picture
of hotel, meeting room, accommodation rooms & restaurant space. - tax
clearance of the 2017 year. - Experience
in organization of big training ( copy of the contract in
2018). - Specify
how the meeting room easily accessible to disabled persons?
