Assistant with reception skills who will enhance our team, delivering top
quality care to our family of patients. We are undergoing expansion,
incorporating state of the art equipment to complement our already modern set
up. Your enthusiasm will contribute to the next phase of our expansion and

This is a new role due to practice growth in

- ensure service and personalised patient care is a
priority, - have a long term commitment to the Dental
Profession, - have exceptional organisation and
communication skills, being adaptable and efficient in task completion, - have excellent computer skills and some
experience working as a receptionist, - maintain accurate records, can manage appointment
scheduling and can proactively follow up patients, - demonstrate well rounded interpersonal skills,
- are a self motivated individual with initiative
and can contribute to common goals, - have professional presentation and
etiquette, - have a sound knowledge of the dental industry,
- have an understanding of health and safety
requirements, - are able to manage the logistics of dental
equipment and instrument requirements, - have experience with four handed dentistry
- have knowledge of supplies, equipment,
services ordering and inventory control, - have knowledge of sterilisation procedures,
- Qualification Cert III in Dental Assisting
is an advantage.
Experience with Dental 4 Windows, general, cosmetic,
implant and orthodontic procedures is an advantage, however we will provide
