of life, things like money, shelter, resources, food and possessions that are
necessary for subsistence. It is the position of extreme poverty that one is
forced into begging and stealing to survive. It is all about the poor people
who have no house but sleep in the street corner, empty houses, broken
vehicle’s, garage, bridge and in front of shop’s after closing hour. The
destitute is the poor whose hope of living depends on arm for survival.
Destitute is not only in Nigeria but in all country like U.K, U.S.A, Britain, Germany
and so other developed countries.

Destitute are classified into two main groups:
Residential: These
are those people who have where they live and rest (home) but go about in the
street.
