Responsibilities:Provides excellent customer service
Attending to customer enquiries either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Any other ad-hoc assigned by management
Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to work in the East
Excellent service mindset and customer handling skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
Self motivated and driven to work hard with positive attitude
Ability to work as a team player
Willing to work on rotating day shift and public holidays
6 days work week
