Customer Service (Team Leader / Ast. VP / VP)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily operations of Customer Service Centre run smoothly
* Be able to think on your feet when handling delicate situations
* Attend to walk-in clients, telephone calls, mails and emails enquiry relating to policy servicing, underwriting and issuance of policy issues and other enquiry
* To attend to administrative duties relating to policy servicing in Customer Service & Relations Department
* To liaise with other departments on product quotations and issues relating to policy servicing, underwriting, issuance of policy, claims, etc

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Proven track record in leading a customer care team in the Banking/Financial Service
* Full-Time positions available.
